Built for one job only
zoek exists for one reason: domiciliary care deserves software built around how visits actually happen, not a generic tool bent into shape for home care.
Why we started zoek
Most of the software domiciliary agencies were using was designed for someone else’s job: a hospital ward, a hotel, a generic rota. It could technically be made to work for home care, but it was never built for it.
We started zoek to close that gap. Every screen, every workflow, is shaped around what actually happens on a home visit: a carer arriving, a dose given, a note logged, a family reassured.
“Registered managers and coordinators lose hours every week to admin that software should be handling: chasing MAR charts, re-keying hours, double-checking rotas by phone. zoek exists to take that work off their plate.”
How we work
Built with the people who use it
We work closely with the domiciliary agencies who use zoek every day, building the product around how care is actually delivered, not how a generic scheduling tool assumes it should be.
Tested where it’s used
The carer app has to work on a phone with patchy signal, mid-visit, in a hurry: that’s the real test, not a demo on a laptop.
One shared record
Rostering, care notes, medication and billing should all draw from the same source of truth, not be reconciled by hand at month end.
Honest about what we are
We’d rather show you a real week of visits than a slide of logos. If zoek isn’t the right fit for your service, we’ll tell you.
